Saved-card balance collection
The card used for the deposit is saved and charged for the balance on the due date. If it fails, the order does not hold inventory.
Inventory
Per-size counts. Sold and reserved sizes close themselves as orders come in.
Customer orders
Every order has a status and a page the buyer can return to. You see who paid, who still owes, who flaked.
Drop deadlines
Deposit opens, balance due, release date. Countdowns on the drop page do the chasing for you.
Waitlist
Sold-out sizes take a waitlist. When an order is cancelled, the next buyer is offered the pair.

Take the deposit
Checkout collects the deposit and saves the card for the balance. Inventory is held on payment, not on promises.
Collect and fulfill
Balances are collected on the due date, failures are visible immediately, and you fulfill from one order list.
