Use case 02

School & Team Drops

Built for organizations and apparel operators running branded preorder collections. One link, one window, one order list at the end.

What the platform handles

Run a collection without chasing forms and payments.

Branded school collections

The organization's name, logo, colors and light or dark storefront. Not a generic storefront with a logo dropped on it.

Multiple products

Publish every item in the collection — tees, hoodies, hats, jerseys — each with its own images, sizes and price.

Sizes with per-size pricing

Youth through adult size runs, priced per size, so one collection covers the whole roster instead of a single flat price.

Preorder windows

A collection with a deadline: deposit opens, balance due, release date. The store closes itself when the window ends.

Deposits and balances

Buyers reserve with a deposit; the balance is collected on the saved card on the due date, so you are not fronting production.

Order and fulfillment tracking

One list: who ordered what, in which size, and what they have paid. Release orders as items are fulfilled.

Buyer reminders and waitlist

SMS reminders to buyers who still owe a balance. Sold-out sizes take a waitlist instead of turning people away.

One shareable link

Send parents, staff and boosters straight into the collection — with a share card ready for social.

How a collection runs

01

Set up the collection

Brand the store, load the products, set the sizes and prices, set the deposit.

02

Open the window

Publish the collection and share one link. Orders come in directly instead of through paper forms.

03

Collect

Deposits are taken at checkout, balances collected on the due date. Paid and unpaid orders are visible as they happen.

04

Fulfill

Work the order list by product and size, release orders as they are handed out.

Delivered under your brand.

A family ordering a school collection should never see a platform logo. The storefront carries the organization's branding on its own address — apparel operators such as TUF Sports run their school collections under their LETTERED branding.

Drops OS is the system behind the store, not the store itself.

Where the platform is today.

Live in the seller dashboard: branded collections, multiple products, size runs with per-size pricing, preorder windows, deposits and balance collection, order tracking, buyer reminders and waitlists.

Not in the seller dashboard yet: pickup or shipping selection at fulfillment, production manifests, and fundraising totals. Fulfillment today is worked from the order list.

Running a sneaker drop instead?

Same platform, built out for social sellers and full size runs.
